Complete Core with Solange

Join Solange Ross of Complete Core for Part 2 of Postpartum Core Exercises. This is a movement practice which will integrate breath, different types of cuing (physical, verbal, visual) and imagery into postpartum exercises and a mindful yoga flow. This is an opportunity for students to feel what is happening with the core and what their body needs in each pose and transition. The Yoga practice will also work on functional movements that are important for postpartum moms in daily life. The movement practice will be followed by a Q & A discussion. Participation in Part 1 is not required. This workshop is open to Yoga/Pilates teachers, personal trainers, and anyone who wants to connect more with their core through breath and movement.
