Breathwork After Baby

This group is for anyone who would like to connect and process deep emotions about their experience of having a child. Navigating American birth culture is difficult and isolation of modern parenthood doesn't help. In our society there is very little room for processing trauma, ambivalence, identity changes, and loss related to birth and parenthood. Come breathe with other parents who are in the same boat and leave reassured that you are not alone. 

The group will begin with a sharing circle to get attendees acclimated to the purpose and intention for the breathing portion. Then you will lay down and spend about 30 minutes doing an active breathing mediation that helps clear emotions from the body and gives you a nice warm and fuzzy feeling all over. You will leave the experience feeling connected to your body and a bit more clear about your parenting experience.  Space is limited to 12!
