POSTNATAL STRENGTH & BABYSITTING SERIES

A core, pelvic floor and glute focused class for postpartum clients to rebuild strength safely and close diastasis separation. Building on an awareness of proper core engagement in your day to day activities and regular workouts. A must before resuming running, high intensity workouts, spin, barre or pilates. 


There is no charge for the class if you bring your own babysitter or are planning to leave baby at home. To use sitting services, we will require that you sign up for all 4 weeks of babysitting in advance. Babysitting services are $80 for non-mobile babies and $120 for mobile babies. To arrange for babysitting, please email info@lovechildyoga.com at least one week before the series start date.
