We support your pregnancy through a conscious, nurturing and strengthening yoga practice. Prenatal Yoga is a great way to build strength and flexibility to help carry a growing belly and baby, alleviate common aches and pains during pregnancy, and allow for quicker postnatal recovery.
Our prenatal yoga exercises are targeted to teach you to use your muscles efficiently during labor, and we practice effective breathing and relaxation techniques so you are better prepared for birth and give you a calm, quiet, relaxing and rejuvenating space to turn your attention inward and connect with your baby.
All stages of pregnancy are welcome!
BABY YOGA, MOVEMENT & MASSAGE
Learn techniques to help calm and soothe your baby as well as movements to help them build more flexibility and range of motion as they start tummy time, rolling, creeping, crawling and standing up.
BABY & ME YOGA

Our energizing postnatal yoga series allows you to rebuild strength in their abdominal and pelvic floor muscles while also focusing on upper-body stretches for tightness that you may be experiencing in your shoulders from nursing, feeding and carrying your newborn. Most importantly, we practice restorative poses to help cope with modified sleep schedules in this exciting, sometimes-challenging new time.
We encourage new parents to bring your babies (birth - 12 months) as we include infant massage, movement and bonding exercises in our sequence.

Offered only as private sessions for individuals and couples, we tailor exercises according to your personal, natural cycle to support an integrated and holistic approach to fertility. Sessions are designed to relieve stress, balance hormones and heighten fertility through active relaxation, breathing techniques, channeling energy and directing blood flow; our nourishing yoga practice will help you develop a mind-body connection through meditation and mindfulness.
CANDLELIT RESTORATIVE YOGA & MEDITATION
Join Rina Deshpande, Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher and Researcher by candlelight to wind down and find balance as a new week dawns.
This one-hour class offers a balance through two main elements of yoga: movement and stillness. Open and strengthen the body through yoga movement for the first and experience a relaxation response in restorative postures and meditation to close.
All are welcome!
YOGA FOR LABOR
Labor involves the unique combination of engaging your abdominals while relaxing your pelvic floor muscles, which can be tricky and challenging. Not only do we target these specific muscle groups, we also learn to synchronize them, while building strength and flexibility where they are most needed. You will learn breathing and relaxation techniques for different stages of labor, safe and targeted abdominal exercises to tone your transverse abdominals (pushing muscles), and practices to build strength and flexibility in your pelvic floor. We also teach partner massage techniques, talk through using natural pain management techniques such as counter pressure, and teach you how to use props such as birth balls and rebozos, as well as other physical comfort measures to help you feel your best during pregnancy, to aid in labor and birth and for a quicker and easier postnatal recovery.
