Complete Core : Postpartum Abdominal & Pelvic Floor Exercises with Solange Ross

Whether you experienced a vaginal or surgical birth, pregnancy deeply changes our our bodies. Learn and ensure that you are effectively coordinating your breath, activating your abdominal muscles and efficiently using your pelvic floor as you begin to resume your physical activities and exercise after birth. Solange will also advise on diastasis rectii, incontinence, queefs and offer exercises to help healing so that you can feel your best and create a functional foundation  for a healthy and active lifestyle for years to come. 

Solange's expertise is in postpartum rehabilitation, pelvic floor protection, core and abdominal strength, diastasis recti separation correction, back strengthening and overall body conditioning and strengthening. Through her company, Complete Core, she teaches workshops, group and private classes. She holds a Masters of Physical Therapy, is Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Certified, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, an ACE Certified Fitness Instructor and Certified Lactation Specialist.

Please come wearing comfortable clothes to exercise in.

Babies are welcome you may also attend on your own to ensure an uninterrupted experience.
