Love to support your partner through touch? There are many benefits to massage during pregnancy and the postpartum period. While more complex techniques are best left to a professional, there are some simple techniques that couples can learn that will help create a physical connection and reduce stress and muscular tension in each partner's body. This class will be led by Kiera Nagle, MA, LMT.
