PRENATAL YOGA VIDEO


Love Child Members, practice Prenatal Yoga from anywhere!

Our 75 minute online Prenatal Yoga video offers breathing and relaxation techniques, upper body stretches and exercises to help build strength, stamina and flexibility to help carry your belly better, avoid hip pain and low back pain. It also includes safe abdominal and pelvic floor exercises intended to aid in birth and postpartum recovery. You can request access to the full video by filling out the form below. Note: If you are in your first trimester, please skip the abdominal belly pulls that come after the Kegel exercises. If your baby is breech, please avoid laying back and lay on your side instead. If you have pubic symphysis pain, please avoid wide leg and open hip poses. if you are experiencing sacroiliac pain or sciatic pain please make sure hips are always squared forward, especially in lunge positions.
