CANDLELIT RESTORATIVE YOGA & MEDITIATION
This one-hour class offers a balance through two main elements of yoga: movement and stillness. Open and strengthen the body through yoga asana (movement/posture) for the first half of class and experience a relaxation response in restorative postures and meditation in the second half. Join Rina Deshpande, Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher and Researcher by candlelight to wind down and find balance as a new week dawns.
All are welcome!
No prior yoga experience is required for any of our classes.
