PRENATAL CIRCLES SERIES


Each class includes one hour of Prenatal Yoga focused on a specific part of the body followed by an hour long discussion with experts in the field to answer questions about self care and body work during pregnancy.


Week 1: Safe Abdominal Exercises and Modifying your exercise routine for pregnancy
Week 2: Hip Stretches, Meditation & Community Acupuncture Treatments
Week 3: Demystifying the Pelvic Floor

Week 4: Restorative Yoga & Massage Techniques
