IN-STUDIO NEW PARENT CIRCLES
A continuing in-person series to connect with other new parents! Topics explored include birth stories, relationships, self-care, sleep adjustments, career and identity.

Open to Love Child Members only (not offered as a drop in class)
RSVP at least 24 hours in advance required

Changes to reservations may be made up to 24 hours before the start of class.
Late cancels / no-shows are subject to a $15 fee
Babies are welcome
Please bring a water bottle, swaddle and wear comfortable clothes
You may bring a snack such as a smoothie, but please no crackers or other items that leave crumbs and attract unwanted pests.
Please take any food waste with you and dispose of it outside.
We recommend baby carriers however strollers may be parked near the bicycle rack at your own risk. You are welcome to bring a lock. Plan to bring in your valuables, but leave diaper bags in the stroller.
You may feed or soothe or change your baby as needed during class. However, used diapers must be taken with you or disposed outside.
ZOOM LIVESTREAM NEW PARENT CIRCLES
A 6 week educational and community building series where each class has a special focus on fitness, self-care and body work. Each 60 - 75 minute class includes a 20 minutes of yoga and movement drawing special attention to the area of focus, followed by presentation and discussion but a guest speaker with Q&A. Follow up includes an on demand fitness video, recommended reading, referrals to body work professional, brand discounts and invitation to a parent WhatsApp group.
